Transfer modality registration to 2021 and refunds

As already announced in social media channels, due to the emergencies of the Coronavirus, the “Tuscany Crossing 2020” event will be canceled and postponed to April 23, 2021.

• We communicate that all entries will be kept for the next edition. • For those who do not wish to postpone the registration, we will follow what is mentioned in the regulation: “In case of cancellation of the race for reasons of force majeure, up to 10 days before the event, the Organization reserves the right to refund a percentage equal to 50% of the registration fee paid. This percentage is justified by the multiple expenses that the Organization has already made and which it cannot recover”. PROCEDURE Those who want to keep the registration to 2021 must not do anything. The registrations will be transferred automatically; please do not send email to not force us to work more during this period. REFUNDS From April 4th to April 30th

1) If you paid by credit card online, we will send you the link where you can directly access your private area and this will be done by direct credit to the card you paid with.

2) If you want a refund by bank transfer, you must notify us by email, communicating us the IBAN.

Trying to satisfy everyone as quickly as possible, the deadline that we propose to respect will be, as mentioned in the regulation ” The refund of the fee, net of bank charges, will be made by August 31, 2020”.
